Jenna Palmer-Evans and her horse, Ilord, were another deserving combination to receive an Animalweb Good Horsemanship Award at the 2026 Great Yorkshire Show.
The pair clearly demonstrated a genuine connection, with Jenna riding Ilord in an empathetic and considerate manner both during the warm-up and in the class itself. Their partnership paid off with a placing in a large and competitive class.
Jenna and Ilord were fantastic ambassadors for British Showjumping and a wonderful example of how thoughtful horsemanship and competitive success can go hand in hand.
